Wallet addresses are loaded from Trade Nova's payment routes. Use the payment page created for your deposit and copy the address with the Copy button.
Deposit Confirmation
Created payments are saved as pending records. Admin review confirms the payment before the deposit status is updated.
Pool Duration
Pool windows include 24 hours, 48 hours, weekly and weekend schedules. Your dashboard shows timing and status.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal handling is managed through admin review and account support. Keep your payment reference available when contacting support.
Account Verification
Accounts use email and password login with manual admin approval. Each client receives a private client ID for records and support.
